Anderson got the entire project approved, special use permits and all...and got us set to start "the project that couldn't be done".

"We hired Anderson Construction to expand the size of our office building.  We considered doing this expansion for a number of years, and actually had another contractor look at it and draw some preliminary plans.  He ran into all kinds of obstacles, and came back to report it was too tough...that we'd never get it approved.  So we just scrapped the idea.
